I9 form completion

Did You Know?
All W-2 employees are required to complete the Form I-9 to verify their eligibility to work in the United States. This form must be completed within 72 hours of the employee’s hire date.

Failure to complete or maintain I-9 forms can lead to serious consequences — including termination of the employee and costly fines for employers.

While a notary is not required to complete the I-9, I offer this as a convenient mobile service for employers and individuals.

👥 Are you a business owner or HR manager?
I can also assist by training a staff member on how to properly complete Section 2 of the I-9 form — ensuring you're in compliance and saving you time.

📩 Let’s connect and keep your onboarding process compliant, smooth, and stress-free!

If you were recently hired as a remote employee or are an employer, I can assist in completing this form
